This is my 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am for sale. It's been so much fun to drive this car around when the weather is nice. Even with the T-tops in, the glass roof makes you feel like you're living the dream. And with the t-tops off, you're Burt Reynolds! I will miss having this car in my collection for sure, but I have other obligations that force the sale. So it's time to share the fun with a new lucky owner. I've enjoyed this Trans Am not only because I've wanted one since I was a little kid, but this particular color has been particularly fun to own. Everyone is blown away with how sexy the car looks in person. This car has the deluxe chrome trim package on the tops of the doors and along the hood so it is really a sharp car to see. The chrome treatment, the large glass fisher T-Tops and multi-colored Trans AM lettering and the six-color Firebird on the hood really help make this Gold metallic 1978 Trans Am look spectacular from any angle. 1978 is the same year as the Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am. That movie helped to launch T-Top'ed Pontiac Firebird Trans Ams (and mustaches) into the psyche of every young child. I wanted a Trans Am since I first saw that movie when I was about 6 years old. This Firebird will provide anyone with not only a ton of nostalgia but also many new fun memories.
