Cadillac Series 62

Metairie, LA

描述

The old gal is a 1957 Cadillac Series 62. She’s a light Buckskin Beige on White, 4-door hard-top. At 67 years old, she shows a bit of life and patina here and there, …but spend some time to get a good look at her. She still sports tons of luster and is dripping with character and chrome. The lines, the proprtions, and the detail in the designwork from the famous Harley Earl is unlike anything else. When you ride around in this sculpture, look at all the heads turn and jaws drop as she floats on by. And listen to her. She sings like a song bird and growls like a lion. With a powerful 6.0 Liter V8 hidden under the hood, she’s an iron fist in a velvet glove. After experiencing this vehicle, you’ll understand why it was the choice of Elvis, Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Maralyn Monroe, Chuck Berry, and other stars of the time. It’s more than just car; it’s pure historical artwork in motion. And additionally being more like a yacht or a lounge on wheels, the abundance of backseat legroom will make you laugh. She also comes with air conditioning to keep you comfy in the heated months of New Orleans.
