We are David and Jen the founders of Photo Whips. We both have our own businesses and during the COVID pandemic, business slowed way down and we found ourselves with a lot of time and a few vintage cars in the garage.
As a way to keep busy and make some extra money, we started renting them for photo props in the Phoenix area. The business took off and we discovered a niche business that could be done in part time hours that helped us pay for the cost to own some special cars. In fact, we added to our collection.
Since then we have participated in hundreds of events: photo shoots, music videos, album covers, TV shows and advertising. We get asked all the time for different types of cars in different geographic areas and couldn't find any one place that connected cars to photographers and people who need both, thus the creation of Photo Whips.
